Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies To: All products and services offered by Mukund Microsystems / SenorAI (collectively referred to as “the Company”).

1. Nature of Services (Important Disclosure)

The Company provides digital services, AI-powered solutions, consulting, automation, training, and customized deliverables, many of which involve:

  • Immediate allocation of resources
  • Use of third-party AI tools and subscriptions
  • Time-based professional effort
  • Customized or irreversible digital outputs

Due to this nature, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility Window (Strict Time Frame)

Refund requests will be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is submitted in writing (email or official communication channel)
  • The request is raised within 24 hours of payment
  • No work has started, including but not limited to:
    • Account setup
    • Tool provisioning
    • Access credential creation
    • Project planning or internal allocation
    • AI output generation
    • Consultation, onboarding, or strategy discussion

Once any of the above activities occur, the order is deemed “initiated” and becomes non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios (No Exceptions)

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Misunderstanding of AI capabilities or expected outcomes
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective results (design, content, AI output style)
  • Delay caused by:
    • Client unresponsiveness
    • Incomplete inputs
    • Third-party platforms (hosting, APIs, WhatsApp, AI tools, etc.)
  • Services involving:
    • Custom development or customization
    • AI training or prompt engineering
    • Consulting, strategy, or advisory sessions
    • Video, reels, content, or automation generation
  • Costs related to third-party subscriptions, licenses, APIs, or tools
  • Any service explicitly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase

4. Partial Refunds (Rare & Discretionary)

Partial refunds may be considered solely at the Company’s discretion and only if:

  • The service has not progressed beyond planning
  • No external or internal costs have been incurred
  • The delay or inability to proceed is entirely attributable to the Company

Any approved partial refund:

  • Will exclude administrative, processing, and setup costs
  • May be issued as service credit instead of cash, where applicable

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

The Company does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue
  • Leads
  • Engagement
  • Performance metrics
  • Platform approvals or third-party acceptance

AI outputs and automation results may vary based on multiple external factors.
Lack of desired results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Company:

  • Will be treated as a breach of this policy
  • May result in service suspension
  • Will be contested using delivery logs, access records, and communication history

The Company reserves the right to deny future services to accounts involved in abusive disputes.

7. Final Authority

All refund decisions are final and binding and rest solely with the Company’s management.

By purchasing any product or service, the client acknowledges that they have:

  • Read
